Britney Spears sons aren’t so little more anymore.

They look forever young, however, in an Instagram photo she shared this weekend, and she looks tanned and toned in a black string bikini.

The throwback photo features Spears’ sons, Jayden and Sean (whom she shares with ex-husband Kevin Federline) as toddlers, looking up at her as she strolls in the sand.

Jayden turned 13 on Thursday and Sean celebrated his 14th birthday on Saturday.

“Oh how they’ve grown… Mamma loves you guys very very much !!!!,” she captioned the photo. “May you get all your bday wishes and more.”

Last month, we got a better look at how much her boys have grown when Spears, 37, shared a picture of her sons during a trip to Disneyland.

The pop star said then that it’s rare her sons allow her to share their images. But they relented, allowing a series of photos at the California amusement park.

The birthday celebrations come after a rough few months for the former Las Vegas performer.

Last week, a judge approved a new temporary conservator for Spears: her current care manager, Jodi Montgomery.

Montgomery will assume the role from Spears’ father, Jamie, who had served as the pop star’s conservator since 2008. It’s unclear why he stepped down but he has been battling health issues.

In May, Spears appeared in court with her parents over her conservatorship, where a judge ordered an expert evaluation of the singer’s situation.
