Bekah Martinez is just days away from becoming a first-time mom.
The Bachelor season 22 alum reflected on impending parenthood with a maternity photo she shared to Instagram Sunday, in which she bared her baby bump underneath a white lace crop top with ruffled short sleeves.
The 23-year-old flashed a smile for the snap, finishing her look in dark-gray pants, dangling blue earrings and matching rings as she posed for the shoot.
“Mommy or mamí? ??,” Martinez joked, admitting that even though she was reaching the end of her baby-to-be’s gestation period at “39 weeks + 5 days” pregnant, she was actually experiencing “super-human patience” as she awaited the arrival of her little one.
“I know my due date is Tuesday, but I am perfectly at peace with going a couple weeks more,” she wrote. “I trust my baby and I trust my body. He or she will come when they’re fully ready for the journey earth-side ✨”

After The Bachelor‘s season 23 premiere earlier this month, Martinez took to Instagram to share a side-by-side snapshot of herself on the show in early 2018 versus herself three weeks from her due date.
Her smile was radiant in both photos, but on the right, she showed off her bare baby bump below a dark-colored front-tie top, complete with a plunging neckline — and held a rose for good measure!
“A lot can change in a year … face and belly are a little plumper, heart’s a little fuller. (but excitement still makes me excited to be alive),” wrote Martinez, adding red-rose and heart emojis to the post and wishing her followers a “Happy bachelor season!”
Martinez announced that she was expecting her first child in September, telling PureWow that her pregnancy with boyfriend Grayston Leonard was unplanned.
“I was in disbelief and thought, ‘Is this really happening?’ ” she remarked, explaining that she learned she would be a mom just three months after she began dating Leonard.
The dad-to-be shared a Boomerang clip of Martinez on the beach Sunday, baring her bump in a two-piece ensemble and floppy sun hat as she flipped a scarf over her shoulder.
“Maybe her last preggo trip to the beach … ” Leonard wrote on top of his Instagram Story.
