Watch Dr. Pimple Popper Squeeze Two 'Dilated Pores Of Winer '

  • In her most recent Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper removes two huge dilated pores of winer from the back of a patient’s neck.
  • Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, goes to work squeezing out a surprisingly amount of gunk out from the bumps, which are essentially just extremely large blackheads.
  • Although her patient claims to not like watching extraction videos, this one will definitely change her mind.

It’s been one heck of a week, and even though it’s Thursday, Friday still feels literal lightyears away. Luckily, Dr. Pimple Popper (a.k.a. Sandra Lee, MD) is sliding into your Instagram feed with not one but two (!!) super satisfying squeezes to give you that a little pre-weekend entertainment.

Dr. Pimple Popper’s new video features two bulging blackheads on the back of a patient’s neck that are just begging to be squeezed. I mean begging. And so Dr. P does just that and gets to work on these “#glorious Dilated Pore of Winers! 🙌🏻💥❤️”. Quick refresher: a dilated pore of a winner is essentially an extremely large blackhead that occurs when dead skin cells get trapped, widen this pore, and plug up the opening, according to Dr. Pimple Popper’s website.

Using a comedone extractor—a metal tool with rounded edges that helps ease the pimple out without damaging skin—the doc pushes so hard into the patient’s neck that you can hear her gloves squeaking. It’s almost like nails on a chalkboard but totally worth the chills because out comes a surprisingly long tube of brown gunk.

While Dr. P places the yuck aside and gets ready for round two, the patient asks, “Now, why do you want this on YouTube?”

“You know why? Because some people, there’s a lot of people actually that like to watch these kinds of videos,” the doc explains. “It’s very satisfying for them to watch a big blackhead be extracted.”

As the two chat, Dr. P slightly nicks the second dilated pore of winer and then brings in the comedone extractor again. Another hard push and…OMG does that look like an inchworm to you, or is it just me?

Coming out of a surprisingly small hole is an even larger tube of dead skin cells that just keeps coming. There’s so much that Dr. P has to push against the skin again, squeezing out another round of yuck that looks like the other half of an inchworm.
