Married people reveal shocking reasons they take off their wedding rings

There are lots of reasons someone might want to take off their wedding ring for a period of time – but some are more innocent than others.

Married people are sharing the reasons why do exactly that in a spate of shocking anonymous confessions online.

On Whisper , husbands and wives have revealed why they’re taking off the symbol of their commitment to their other half – and some are unbelievable.

One person wrote: "Whenever I cheat on my husband I take my wedding ring off".

Another shocking confession reads: "I take off my wedding ring when I think I may see someone who could make my husband my future ex-husband".

While they might not be cheating, several people wrote that they take off their rings for a deceptive reason: so they can be naughty and flirt with other people.

One said: "When I go to the bar I take off my wedding ring so guys will flirt with me".

Another said: "Whenever I get pulled over I take off my wedding ring and try to flirt my way out of the ticket".

A third said: "I take off my wedding ring whenever I go to the laundromat in case I run into my handsome neighbour".

Some people decide to take off the symbol of the love and trust they share with their partner fairly innocent reasons – bu they are still intriguing.

One said: I take off my wedding ring for special occasions… like making bread or meatballs".

Another said: "I take off my wedding ring when I poop because I’m deathly afraid of it falling off in the toilet".

Others have less scandalous reasons for removing the ring – one says she takes it off when she’s "mad" at her husband, another "hates jewellery" and someone else does it because her husband "doesn’t wear his".
