The brand confirmed that the treat would be available sometime in the summer, but now you have a chance to get some Dunkaroos in your possession early.
If for some reason you’re unfamiliar with Dunakroos, they were discontinued around 2012. Each pack contained cookies and icing, and you’re meant to dunk the cookies in the icing, enjoy, and repeat. They were truly one of the best snacks of the early 2000s and you were the envy of everyone in the school cafeteria if you had one in your lunch box.
Now, the original fan-favorite packs with vanilla cookies and vanilla frosting with rainbow sprinkles are coming back. You can get them before they hit shelves all thanks to a giveaway happening TODAY. On April 30 (again—today), you can log onto dunkaroos.com/preorder at 3 p.m. EST to request a free pack of Dunkaroos.
Only 5,000 free packs will be given out today, so if you’re feeling nostalgic and want to get your Dunkaroos ASAP, be sure to act fast. If you’re unable to get your pack of Dunkaroos today, the brand confirmed that these sweet snacks will be available at 7-Eleven starting in late May and will hit other grocery and convenience stores in June.
While it might be true that only ’90s kids remember, after trying Dunkaroos for yourself you won’t ever forget. No, I’m not being dramatic.
