Woman shares four-ingredient recipe for cheese and bacon rolls

  • 1/2 cup diced bacon
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup self-raising flour
  • Cook the bacon on a pan and leave aside
  • Mix the yoghurt and flour (sift it in) until it becomes a dough
  • Place the dough on a chopping board, kneading it and splitting into four parts
  • Transfer to baking dish. Add bacon and cheese on top
  • Leave in the oven for 15 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool before serving.
