- 1/2 cup diced bacon
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- Cook the bacon on a pan and leave aside
- Mix the yoghurt and flour (sift it in) until it becomes a dough
- Place the dough on a chopping board, kneading it and splitting into four parts
- Transfer to baking dish. Add bacon and cheese on top
- Leave in the oven for 15 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool before serving.
