People are loving this super simple recipe for a Mars Bar Rice Krispie Cake that was shared in an Australian slow cooker group on Facebook.
It’s getting loads of praise not just because the end result is tasty, but because the recipe is so easy to make, taking just a few minutes to prepare.
You can even make it in a slow cooker for minimal faff.
Once it’s all made, it just needs to be left to set in the fridge for a few hours before you can cut yourself a slice.
All you need to create the cake is Mars bars, butter, golden syrup, puffed rice cereal, and milk chocolate.
As you can probably guess from the ingredients, yes, it’s a very indulgent concoction – but don’t we all deserve a treat right now?

- 12 Mars bars
- 100g butter or margarine
- 8 tablespoons of golden syrup
- 8 cups of Rice Krispies
- 600g Cadbury milk chocolate
