Yes that's right, notoriously creative nail Instagram account @nail_sunny is back with another bizarre design.
In a short video the technician can be seen examining a nail that has a tiny little hand on it with its very own manicure.
She then proceeds to use a tool that shaves off the miniscule fingers, so the client is left with just a stub on her nails.
The strange creation got a mixed response from fellow Instagram users.
One baffled user wrote: “Why are you showing me this before bedtime?!!”
Another added “this makes me feel so sick” and some users likened it to a small baby hand.
