It involves the user setting up their table with a special guest – a skeleton.
If the skeleton centerpiece is absent from the video at first, the user usually comes into view dressed in a skeleton costume themselves.
The craze is a reinvention of the viral Halloween Brunch clips that took over TikTok in October of 2021.
The original poster of the trend – as well as the first round of clips that caused the fad to go viral – remains unknown.
