This woman 'didn't want to go out' after Supercuts salon left her hair looking like THIS

It's exactly what happened to 19-year-old Amy Gallagher who decided to treat herself to a new haircut before a night out.

Amy visited Supercuts on Orpington High Street in Bexley and asked for a £30 trim.

She hadn't visited the salon before, but decided to try somewhere new.

Amy explained everything was going well until the hairdresser asked if she'd like her fringe cutting, too.

"I thought it was nice, a bit short but I would get used to it," Amy told News Shopper.

"She then asked did I want my fringe cut."

Amy revealed the hairdresser then began "chopping away" at her locks and offering her a "curly blow dry".

After Amy left the salon, she met her mum at a nearby tattoo shop – and it was at this point the 19-year-old realised something had gone drastically wrong.

"My mum was like 'oh my god'," Amy said.

"She told me I need to look at my hair because it is really bad.

"They had cut a chunk from the left side. She tried to rearrange my hair to hide it. I went home and noticed and was so upset.

"I take pride in my hair. I didn’t really wanna go out."

Amy visited the salon the next day and received a refund.

They also asked if she wanted the other side cutting to balance out her new look.

"I told her they had done enough and they gave me the money back," Amy explained.

"I have to tie my hair back now and I don’t like that."

A spokesperson for Supercuts told News Shopper they would not be commenting further, but they had issued Amy with a full refund.
