The celebs that are at one with nature including Molly-Mae Hague and Zara McDermott in latest Instagram pose

FORGET hugging trees – it’s time to pose next to one as nature-loving celebs from Molly-Mae Hague to Zara McDermott take part in the latest Instagram trend.

Stars are showing off their wild side online as they stretch next to trees, use them for shade or as a dynamic background.

Love Island alumni including Zara McDermott, Molly-Mae Hague, Ellie Brown, Georgia Harrison, Anna Vakili, Montana Brown, Amber Rose Gill and Kaz Crossley have all been posing up a storm in the great outdoors.

Fellow reality TV celebs, including Geordie Shore’s Chloe Ferry and Bethan Kershaw, and Made in Chelsea’s Zara McDermott, and even TOWIE star Ferne McCann have all jumped on the bandwagon too.

And A-listers Kim, Kylie, Kourtney and Khloe also got in on the action, using a range of palm trees as their décor – while Kim even channelled her inner child and climbed a tree.

Most celebrities have been sharing their best tree poses from the beach in their bikinis – showing off their enviable figures – as they soaked up some sun in much needed-getaways.

But some stars have come under fire for their recent jet-setting trips, with 24-year-old Zara seemingly caught out over her holiday to Maldives after editing snaps.

While most celebs have been sharing tree-mendous photos from their exotic holidays, you can still get in on the trend by heading to your nearest park for a photoshoot.

To recreate the tree-loving look, simply strike a pose with either your arm or leg on the trunk – bikini optional.

And this is the latest Instagram pose taking the celeb world by storm – with Dua Lipa, Zara McDermott & more showcasing their bums.

While the Itchy Head is the new Instagram pose sun-seeking Love Island stars are loving.
