A SAVVY mum has revealed the secret to perfect runny eggs every time- and she doesn't use a microwave or the stove top to cook them.
Instead, the amateur home cook uses a pie maker and revealed exactly how long you should cook them for.
Posting in an Australian Facebook group, the woman said the pie maker gives her eggs with the perfect consistency.
Posting snaps of the cooking hack in action, she wrote: "There's really no other way to cook them! Cook for five minutes for soft [eggs] or seven minutes for hard."
If you like your eggs soft and runny, she suggests leaving the lid of the pie maker open while cooking, but to pull it down for hard eggs.
The end result looks seriously tasty with a oozing runny yolk and perfectly poached whites.
After sharing the tip online, others thanked the mum for the clever hack and admitted they'd never thought of the alternative cooking method.
Another woman said she'd tried cooking her eggs the same way and was "very pleased" with how they turned out.
She said: "[The] eggs were perfect, I just love this machine."
For more clever hacks, this mum shares space-saving hack to store mince in the freezer & it makes it cook quicker too.
And this is the ‘game changing’ freezer organising tip that will save you thousands in 2021 & make the weekly grocery shop easier.
