Meghan Markle wears £54 ‘Love’ ring during ‘secret’ visit to Grenfell kitchen – but was it a gift from Prince Harry?

The Duchess of Sussex, 37, looked the very picture of elegance in a beautiful maroon dress from Club Monaco which she paired with a matching burgundy coat… but it's her sweet statement jewellery choice that's really got us swooning.

Adding a hint of edginess to her elegant ensemble, Meghan completed her maroon outfit with a slogan "love" ring from LA jewellery brand Meredith Hahn.

Although the £53 design is available in both yellow gold and silver, the Duchess instead chose the rose gold option to complement her elegant outfit.

And judging by the sweet sentiment behind the slogan piece (which was the only piece of jewellery she wore alongside her engagement ring), this could easily have been a gift from Prince Harry.

The super sweet trinket spells out the word "love" and has features a heart in the place of a 'o'.

The couple – who are expecting their first child in Spring 2019 – have put on several affectionate displays since announcing their happy news last month.

Ahead of the birth of her first child in Spring 2019, Meghan Markle has been working closely with the organisers of the Grenfell charity cookbook Together: Our Community Cookbook to see how the sales have made a difference to the kitchen.

The cookbook is filled with recipes from women who came together following the tower block fire in West London on June 14 last year, which claimed at least 72 lives and left hundreds homeless.

In even more Royal Family news, Meghan Markle has been "banned" from speaking to the Queen at certain times during dinner because of this bizarre rule.
