The Duchess of Sussex wore a bold scarlet. Prince Harry wore his dress uniform, and Meghan Markle ensured her gown perfectly matched in hue.
The Duchess’s crimson dress was from Safiyaa, a brand Meghan has worn before during a trip to Fiji.
With a cape detail, the dress mimicked the military theme of the evening.
She paired the dress with red beaded earrings from Simone Rocha, and held the Manolo Blahnik ‘Capri’ red satin clutch.
What did a stylist make of the couple’s co-ordinating look? They claimed the two were “deliberately coordinating.”

Susie Hasler, aka Styled By Susie, gave Express.co.uk her expert opinion on the pair’s statement.
She said: “Meghan and Harry are making a sartorial bang with their fashion choices.
“Their outfits are complementing each other’s perfectly – it’s a visual display of unity.”
What with the couple carrying out this “farewell tour” before finalising their move away from senior royal roles, the two are highlighting their status as a couple.

Susie said: “Meghan is deliberately ensuring her outfit is coordinating with what he’s wearing.
“Of all the colours, red is the most impactful to wear as it symbolises power, passion and love. It makes an impact – and that’s what their outfits are doing!”
Prince Harry appeared to be in good spirits as he attended Saturday’s festivities.
Coordinating with his wife, Harry opted for his red Captain General of the Royal Marines dress uniform.

On her feet, the Duchess wore a pair of the Jennifer Chamandi Lorenzo 85 Two-Tone Leather Pumps in beige, which retail for £550.
Jennifer Chamandi uses a signature tapering heel, which she has said “creates the curve of the foot and the sway to the hips.”
The shoes have also been worn by Amal Clooney, George Clooney’s wife and a guest at Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s wedding.
It was suggested Meghan’s speech at the school hit back at the Royal Family.
