Lorraine Kelly looks slimmer than ever in glowing snap as fans bombard her with messages | The Sun

LORRAINE KELLY has shown off her stunning figure after losing 1.5 stones.

The telly presenter created her own cook-along video so Scots can see how to keep slim over the winter period.

In the demonstration the ITV host shows fans how they can eat comfort food without piling on the pounds.

The video has tips for a healthy twist on cheese toasties and roast dinners, so people can keep fit while still eating the food they love.

Adoring fans were quick to comment after she posted the clip on social media, praising the recipes.

One said: "I’m obsessed with that cheese pull!!! Looks so delish."

Another shared: "The best looking toastie I’ve ever seen."

One excited follower added: "Want that cheese toastie RIGHT NOW!"

Others complimented the sofa queen on her glow up, saying: "Lorraine you look incredible."

Lorraine shared this handy guide to healthy eating after new research done by WeightWatchers showed 53% of people in the UK comfort munch in the new year to try and overcome the January blues.

Lorraine said: "Every January millions of us intend to start the new year being the best versions of ourselves, which often involves trying to make healthier food choices.

"But people tend to go about this in such a restrictive and unsustainable way that a couple of weeks down the line they begin to crave the foods they love that they think are off limits, including warming comfort food.

"That’s why WeightWatchers works so well for me.

"I can still eat the foods I love whilst maintaining my weight and feeling fantastic."

WeightWatcher nutritionist Jess O’Shea commented on the video, saying: "The healthiest way to lose weight for the long-term is to not restrict yourself.

"That means wine on date night. Sunday brunch. Birthday cake.

"No food, event, or celebration is off-limits."

Earlier this month we told how Lorraine looked stunning in a jaw-dropping charity shop dress and she's saved hundreds of pounds.

The sofa queen, 63, took to Instagram as she showed off the stunning green frock with her 503,000 followers.

And said: "Hi good morning to you, now if you were watching yesterday's show you would have seen Jo Elvan did an item on shopping in charity shops.

"She found me this dress, its a Ghost dress which would be probably be hundreds of pounds but it was really cheap in the charity shop.
