Lash tech shows off the extensions she's given to a client – but people say they're like feathers & should be illegal | The Sun

A BEAUTY expert has been slammed after giving her client eyelash extensions many compared to bird feathers.

Whether you're more into a natural look or prefer going all out, there are plenty of lash designs for each preference.

But if you're after the latter, it seems that TikTok user Nisia (@crownedbynisia), who claims to be the ''number one wispy volume'' lash tech, is the guru you should go to.

The expert, from Orlando, the US, is known for her love of fluttery eyelashes – and her clientele is obsessed with the pitch black and thick look too.

Nisia regularly showcases her talent on TikTok, where she has racked up over 120k likes and thousands of followers.

However, whilst some of her clips have gone viral on social media, it seems it's been for all the wrong reasons.

For the most part, internet users have been totally hair-rified by the lashes, which some have compared to bird feathers.

Unfortunately for the US-based pro, many TikTok fans have also insisted that the lash extensions are so outrageous, they should be made illegal.

Seeing one of her client's, a mortified viewer wondered: ''Is she going to be able to flu?''

''Them are ostrich wings,'' someone else added.

So far, Nisia hasn't responded to the criticism, apart from saying that she is only fulfilling the clients' wishes.

Speaking of beauty going all wrong, one woman was left looking like The Grinch after her eyebrow lamination went horribly wrong.

Eyebrow lamination has become one of the hottest trends of the recent years, and one person who decided to jump on it was TikTok user Julianne (@h00lii).

Looking to save some cash, the young woman, from Florida, the US, ordered a beauty kit from Amazon.

However, it's save to say, that was the first major mistake, as she took to TikTok to reveal the horrific fail.

Things were off to a bad start when Julianne realised she had put the perm solution instead of the glue on her brows.

Desperate to fix the disaster, the beauty fan rushed to rinse it all off and start all over again.

However, she noticed that some hair had already started to fall out one by one and Julianne was getting worried.

''Not doing well… I'm not quite sure where I'm going with this,'' she said in the video.

''I'm literally on lunch at work and this is what I'm doing,'' sighed the beauty enthusiast, adding she should've gone for a sandwich instead.

Looking at her reflection, Julianne was mortified.

''I'm really trying to trust the process… But the process is basically done and this is not giving woodland fairy.

''It's giving The Grinch. It's giving allergic reaction, perhaps,'' she couldn't believe what she had just done.

''But f**k it,'' Julianne attempted to embrace the new DIY brows.

However, despite the young woman being mortified at the mega flop, the reaction on social media was different.

Many reckoned the outcome wasn't that bad, with one supportive viewer writing: ''It looks so cute.''

A second agreed, suggesting: ''Brush em over a lil silly! they are cute.''
