I’m an influencer at 22, everyone thinks my job’s easy but it’s not, I’m up until 2am working

WITH expensive wardrobes, flash parties and no boss to account to, being an influencer seems like a dream life.

But one 22-year-old Instagram model has moaned her job's much "harder" than it looks.

Lauren Alexis, from London, has been doing the role for four years and says it's not as easy as it looks – with her regularly working until 2am.

"You just need to work, no matter what time it is," she tells Daily Star.

“You work at 2am at night if you love or early morning, it's your choice, there's a lot of flexibility in this. But you need to work to keep yourself on track."

Asked for her advice to wannabe influencers, she says: “The only thing I will say to them is – it's not going to be easy.

"There will be many hurdles but it's all worth it in the end. If you love it, you enjoy doing it, then never give up.”

Lauren has 1.7 million Instagram followers and 1.2 million fans on YouTube. She says her hopes to continue this career "for a long time".

But she adds: "I was clear about the expectations I had from myself. I always try to keep my personal life and my career as an influencer separate, which is most important.”

Lauren says she does get trolled but it doesn't bother her.
