How to make M&S’ Christmas ‘sparkle’ cocktail at just 70p a drink – and it includes a very iconic booze | The Sun

IF you’re an avid Marks & Spencer foodhall fan, you’ll know that its iconic light-up booze is back this Christmas.

And this year, bosses at the high-end supermarket have shared how you can make its Sparkle Cocktail at just 70p a cup.

The Very Berry Vodka Liqueur is cherry and raspberry flavoured, and infused with M&S' own Very Berry jam.

It’s joined by the brand new Marmalade Gin Liqueur and existing Stollen Rum Liqueur.

The Stollen Rum Liqueur is a “beautifully spiced liqueur infused with the classic flavours of stollen”.

The Marmalade Gin Liqueur is infused with citrusy sweet marmalade and “delicious served on the rocks”.

For your cocktail, you’ll need 25ml of the Very Berry Vodka Liqueur, 25ml of clementine (or orange) juice, 25ml of cranberry juice and a dash of prosecco.

If you’re feeling fancy, you can garnish with a sprig of rosemary.

“Freeze a tumbler with some water in the bottom and an upside down sprig of rosemary. Secure it with a pencil and some string,” M&S’ mixologists instructed.

“Then, add your vodka liqueur, clementine juice and cranberry juice to the glass.

“Top up with Prosecco and enjoy.”

Yes, it really is that simple.

M&S’ beloved festive booze bottles have become a Christmas table centrepiece thanks to little LED lights inside the glass.

“Our incredibly festive Liqueurs in gorgeous light-up bottles are available now in the M&S Foodhall,” bosses said.

“Not only do they make the perfect gift, but the perfect cocktail as well.”

At the start of the month, M&S shoppers said they've found a festive drink that's basically like 'Christmas in a glass' – and it's a total bargain too.
