But yesterday an outfit Holly Willoughby posted on her Instagram page divided fans – with some people saying it looked like pyjamas and others comparing it to a pair of curtains from the '70s.
Holly posted the picture of herself in a Rixo London blazer and trouser co-ord and white boots ahead of filming Celebrity Juice.
The photo was liked nearly 21,000 times and generated hundreds of comments – many of them critical.
One fan, describing her outfit as "jazzy", wrote: "Sorry but this outfit is awful! Normally you look wonderful!"
Another person joked: "Elvis Presley throwback."
dianelaverty2 said she felt down by Holly's look, adding: "Normally amazing but no… thought it was fancy dress."
the_ali_connolly wrote: "No babes, no. Fire your stylist. I'm guessing this was a test to see who your real friends are."
kmajella was equally scathing, adding: "Normally love what Holly wears but this is horrendous."
helenmunro48 was reminded of interior design, writing: "Holly looks good in anything but that reminds me of a pair of curtains we used to have in the seventies!"
suewarrillow was blunt, saying: "Pjs come to mind sorry Holly."
But a few people were kinder, with amyboy writing: "Love it, great to see you in something different."
