‘I’m in the worst shape of my life’: Will Smith, 52, shows off his torso in shirtless snap as he admits to relaxing his fitness regime during lockdown
Will Smith has admitted he is in the ‘worst shape of his life’ after months of lockdown restrictions.
The actor, 52, took to Instagram and shared a snap of himself in his underwear as he told how he had gained weight in recent months.
The film star is used to being in excellent shape for his roles in action films like I, Robot and I Am Legend.

Will shared a photo of himself sporting dark shorts and an open hoodie that showed his stomach and chest.
Alongside the post, he wrote: ‘I’m gonna be real wit yall – I’m in the worst shape of my life’.
Several of Will’s celebrity pals commented on the snap and insisted he still looked great.
Questlove wrote: ‘This is the most amazing post in the history of social media,’ while Ava DuVarney said: ‘I see no “worst” here’.

Singer Sonna Rae added: ‘You’re Will Smith! You can be in whatever shape you want,’ while meme creator Tank Sinatra said: ‘Let me be real with you. You’re 52. You look great.’
It comes after Will’s daughter Willow Smith recently revealed she is polyamorous on a recent episode of Red Table Talk.
The 20-year-old made the admission while speaking to her mother Jada Pinkett Smith and her grandmother Adrienne Banfield-Norris.
She explained: ‘With polyamory, I feel like the main foundation is the freedom to be able to create a relationship style that works for you and not just stepping into monogamy because that’s what everyone around you says is the right thing to do.’

‘So I was like, how can I structure the way that I approach relationships with that in mind? Also, doing research into polyamory, the main reasons why monogamous relationships – or why marriage – why divorces happen is infidelity.’
Willow – who practices ethical non-monogamy, meaning that all partners give consent to being polyamorous – was met with resistance from her grandmother who said: ‘For somebody like me, it feels like it’s really all just centered around sex.’
The star then gave her ‘Gammy’ an example of a couple who might have opposite appetites for sex.
She said: ‘Are you gonna be the person to say, you know: “Just because I don’t have these needs, you can’t have them either?”‘

‘And so that’s kind of one of the reasons why I actually was interested in poly because I was introduced to it through kind of a nonsexual lens.
‘In my friend group, I’m the only polyamorous person, and I have the least sex out of all of my friends.’
Willow – who said the ‘history of marriage really irks me’ – found a more open, compassionate listener in her mother Jada.
‘I’m okay with whatever you do,’ Jada said. ‘When you were like, “Hey, this is my get down.” I was like, “I totally get it.”

‘Wanting to set up your life in a way that you can have what it is that you want, I think anything goes as long as the intentions are clear.’
Willow’s ‘coming out’ was not a revelation as she already confessed she was bisexual and polyfidelitous (a form of non-monogamy) two years ago on her weekly Facebook Watch series.
‘I love men and women equally and so I would definitely want one man, one woman,’ the Calabasas native said at the time.

‘I feel like I could be polyfidelitous with those two people. I’m not the kind of person that is constantly looking for new sexual experiences.
‘I focus a lot on the emotional connection and I feel like if I were to find two people of the different genders that I really connected with and we had a romantic and sexual connection, I don’t feel like I would feel the need to try to go find more.’
Since 2017, Willow has been in what appears to be a monogamous relationship with Tyler Cole, whom she met through her big brother Jaden.
