Meghan Markle just slayed her first major speaking engagement as a royal!
The Duchess of Sussex spoke from the heart to a crowded room at Kensington Palace, including husband Prince Harry and mother Doria Ragland, who flew out to support her daughter — at an event celebrating her first major project: a cookbook!

Without the help of any notes, Meghan thanked the women of Hubb Community Kitchen for their help in creating the 37-year-old’s charity cookbook titled Together: Our Community Cookbook.
Markle is poised, passionate, and gets personal as she tells attendees:
“Working on this project for the past nine months has been a tremendous labor of love. I just recently moved to London and I felt so immediately embraced by this kitchen — your warmth and kindness, and also to be able to be in this city and to see in this one small room how multicultural it was.”
