‘Let’s be kind to each other’: Vogue Williams has hit back at ‘nasty’ trolls who left her in tears by making vile comments about her body, following her recent getaway to St Barts

Vogue – who shares son Theodore with her husband Spencer Matthews – took to social media to share a selection of snaps from her beach break in St Barts.

Candid: In a lengthy post, Vogue admitted that despite the horrific trolling she still feels confident in her body

She emotionally wrote: ‘Today I cried about my body, something I haven’t done in quite some time because I had gotten to a point where I was happy with myself…

‘What I can’t stand is the hundreds of people commenting and even mailing me about the pictures that show cellulite on the back of my legs.

‘I usually let this go over my head but they were so nasty that I allowed it to really get to me.’

Sensational: Ahead of the post, Vogue continued to display her jaw-dropping physique in a skimpy pink bikini

Vogue added: ‘For a second I forgot how body positive I am, how happy I am in general and stupidly I allowed this to upset me. I just think that commenting on anyone’s body or appearance is so pointless and low.

‘We are all different, none of us are flawless but that is what actually makes us flawless! Let’s be kinder to each other… PS I’m back to loving my bod, cellulite and all ☺️ .’

Proving that she wasn’t going to let the trolls get her down, Vogue later took to Instagram Stories to thank her followers for their support.

She wrote: ‘Thank you for all your lovely comments about this post. I’m annoyed I ever let it get to me but your comments have really cheered me up. I’ll be back to the beach tomorrow full of confidence.’ [sic]

Better than ever: Despite admitting she cried after reading some of the comments, Vogue insisted she’d be back to the beach tomorrow ‘full of confidence’

Spencer recently chatted to MailOnline about settling down and ditching his Lothario reputation from his Made In Chelsea days.

The former reality star can’t believe how much his life has changed – for the better.

Discussing becoming a family man, Spencer said: ‘I was always pretty selfish. Vogue and I weren’t looking for a serious relationship at the time we met and I think that’s probably part of the reason why we became so close as friends first. It made sense.

‘I recognised a lot of Vogue in me and vice versa. We fit, we were very compatible together – even my mum thinks we’re similar! She’s my best mate. When Vogue came around, that was me done.

Happy: Supportive: Vogue had been soaking up the sun in St Barts. with her husband Spencer Matthews. The couple share son Theodore, 15 months

‘I honestly don’t think anyone should put a timeline on it – getting it wrong is way wrong than settling it at a later date. Even some of my male friends are panicking about settling down.

‘[When you meet The One] all of a sudden, you want to put other people first.

‘Of course you think about yourself and your work, but ultimately Vogue and Theodore are what matters.’
