The presenter, 34, posted about the hilarious mishap on her Instagram page on Saturday, as she revealed how she made her mistake.

The Heart Radio host uploaded a picture of her looking stunning in Solace London’s £2,766 yellow Mirabelle dress for her followers.
Vogue added the caption: ‘I got this dress in my pre-pregnancy size and was delighted it fit me.
‘After wearing it for work, getting papped and heading to a BBQ in it Spen asked if I’d like it zipped up.

‘I thought it was backless but NO it just didn’t zip up on my pregnant tummy.
‘I may put it away for a couple of months.’

The media personality, who also shares son Theodore, 21 months, with former Made In Chelsea star Spencer, 31, strolled down the streets of the English capital on Friday in a pair of white heeled sandals with quirky pearl buckles.
A selection of gold rings, kooky square-framed shades and a white, chain-strap handbag complemented her sensational outfit, while her shoulder-length tresses were worn in loose waves.
She was spotted in the gorgeous dress as she left Heart Radio studios following the station’s Make Some Noise Emergency Appeal Day in central London.

Global’s Make Some Noise is a national charity that supports vulnerable people, with its Emergency Appeal initiative raising over £1 million amid the coronavirus pandemic.
While Vogue looked stunning during her street appearance, she recently admitted she’s struggling to walk and battling non-stop morning sickness in the final stages of pregnancy.
The blonde shared a candid post about her pregnancy and said the journey ‘was not easy’ as she prepares to welcome her second child – a baby girl.
She said: ‘I hate complaining about anything to do with pregnancy because I feel so very lucky to be having a baby.
‘I have had a lot of mails from people saying I make it look easy and they feel bad not doing things I’m doing.
‘Please don’t, I find it really hard some days, my back and pelvis are making it difficult to walk at times and I have full on morning sickness again for the last six weeks. Don’t feel like you have to do anything, being pregnant is not easy.’
