Vogue Williams has confessed she still gets “really angry” over his husband Spencer Matthews’ past womanising ways.

Irish model Vogue, 35, said her first impressions of her Made in Chelsea hubby, 32, “weren’t very pleasant” after hearing about his antics on the reality show.

Vogue, who recently hit back after being criticised for jetting off to St Barts, opened up on her hubby in a new episode of That’s A First podcast.

Speaking on the audio show, Vogue explained: “What were my first thoughts on my partner? Spenny, poor Spenny. Well, I mean, my first thoughts were kind of like everyone else's first thoughts.

“He wasn't the nicest on Made in Chelsea and I just kind of thought, ‘oh gosh, that guy’s on the show’ because we were doing The Jump together. And my first thoughts weren't very pleasant but they quickly changed.”

Vogue continued: “I remember leaving the first session of The Jump and calling one of my mates because one of my gay mates really fancied him. And I was like, he's actually so sound.

“I’d say he's gonna be one of our mates. So actually after meeting him just for the first couple of hours I thought he'll definitely be in our friendship group.”

She then admitted that while she never watched Spencer on E4 reality show Made in Chelsea at the time, she still sees the “odd that” which makes her “angry”.

When asked if she saw his antics on the show, Vogue said: “No, thankfully. But I have seen stuff since, my little brother shows me the odd funny thing and I find myself getting really angry with him.

“I’m like ‘that was so mean, you're so mean to her!’ But obviously it's all kind of based on truths and actually when people got to know him when we did our own show, they were really shocked at the way he was.

“He’s completely different to what anyone would have seen on Made In Chelsea.”

And Spencer’s wife isn’t the only one who insists he has changed his ways, as his bestie Jamie Laing recently shared his shock at Spencer being a changed man after years of being a serial womaniser.

Looking back on Spencer’s reputation in an exclusive chat with OK! magazine, Jamie said: “He did, but then we all had some degree of fame and we always had each other’s backs. It was a fun time.

“Imagine travelling and partying with your best mates! We grew up together and we’ve had this journey together – it was an amazing experience.

“If you speak to Spencer I’m sure he’d regret how he behaved in the past, but look at him now!”

Strictly Come Dancing star Jamie added: “We’re both so removed from where we started.

“Spencer is the most wonderful father and husband you could ever meet. Going from someone who was the total opposite of that, to now, I’m so proud of him.

“He and Vogue [Williams] are the most perfect couple in the world. I adore their children Gigi and Theodore. They’re like my own children!”

Spencer and Vogue met in 2017 as they appeared on The Jump together. They went on to tie the knot in June 2018 and now share two children Theodore, one, and six month old Gigi together.
