Victoria Beckham flashes her 'dump' home

Look away now David! ‘Messy’ Victoria Beckham flashes her ‘dump’ home – with unmade beds, old bottles and dirty mugs – as footballer reveals he cleans for HOURS when she’s in bed

Victoria Beckham has given a glimpse of her self-professed ‘messy’ tendencies – with peeks of the trail of destruction in her wake.

In a slew of videos and selfies shot around her £25million Holland Park mansion and in hotel rooms, the former Spice Girl, 49, revealed the mess she leaves – complete with unmade beds, littered water bottles and old mugs in the bathroom.

She previously confessed that she is messy – going as far as branding her bedroom a ‘dump’: ‘It’s a dump. You can see why I drive my husband crazy, because he is super-super-tidy … This would be giving David a panic attack now, a full-on panic attack…

‘I’m a germophobe, everywhere has got to be super-super-clean. I mean I will disinfect everywhere, but I am a bit messy, what are you going to do?’

David’s battle with OCD has been well-documented and in a new documentary with Netflix he has revealed than he cleans for hours after his family go to bed, in a nod to the contrast between his and Victoria’s cleaning habits.

In a video filmed in 2019, Victoria shared a candid video in which she gave fans an insight into her life and ‘an opportunity to see the real me.’

The messy bedroom featured an unmade bed with linens and clothes thrown all over the floor while her bathroom sink had a mug placed on the side alongside a mass of beauty products, tissues and more.

Elsewhere, in a selfie snapped in the living room, Victoria smouldered looked preened to perfection yet the backdrop saw a water bottle which would no doubt frustrate her husband, who admits he cleans up after the family.

Away from Victoria’s mess, David will lay his lifelong OCD struggles bare in an upcoming Netflix series, which will reveal a pattern of compulsive behaviour which leaves him spending hours each night cleaning his home.

The former footballer, 47, who previously confessed he keeps everything in straight lines or pairs, reveals he stays up for hours cleaning and tidying after his famous family have gone to bed.

Beckham said: ‘I have got this obsessive compulsive disorder where I have to have everything in a straight line or everything has to be in pairs’ I’ll put my Pepsi cans in the fridge and if there’s one too many then I’ll put it in another cupboard somewhere’

In new footage, he admits the condition forces him to clean his used candles every day – and he even gives Victoria a telling off for leaving the salt out at one point.

Filmed by a camera crew in his kitchen, David explains: ‘I clean it so well, I’m not sure it’s actually appreciated so much by my wife, in all honesty.

‘The fact that when everyone’s in bed I then go around, clean the candles, turn the lights on to the right setting, make sure everywhere is tidy.

‘I hate coming down in the morning and there’s cups and plates and, you know, bowls. It’s tiring going around every single candle cleaning it.

‘I clip the candle wax, I clean the glass, that’s my pet hate, the smoke around the inside of a candle… I know, it’s weird.’

The Beckhams live in a £25million mansion in Holland Park, London, which they purchased in 2013.

It has eight bathrooms, seven bedrooms and also comes with a gym and spa.

OCD, or Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, is a mental health condition that can affect anyone at any age. Sufferers typically develop obsessive thoughts and compulsions which have significant impacts on their daily life.

This can manifest in many ways including cleaning to a particular standard, body dysmorphia, compulsive skin picking and hoarding, mental health charity Mind says.

Victoria tells the crew, ‘He’s just so perfect,’ before telling David he is ‘appreciated’.

But he jokes to the production team, ‘Don’t believe that for a second. She sounds so sarcastic when she says it.’

It’s not the first time his wife has gushed over him in recent weeks. Earlier this month Victoria and David took a stroll along a beach in Miami and were filmed arm-in-arm, enjoying their trip.

Alongside the heartwarming clip posted to her Instagram Stories, Victoria wrote: ‘I think I’ll keep him’.

Last July, Netflix confirmed a docuseries starring the sportsman was in the works, following reports he had signed a £16m deal with the streaming giant.
