Vanessa Marcil isn’t backing down from her allegations against ex Brian Austin Green.
After coming forward and saying that Green has “cut out” their son Kassius from his and Megan Fox’s life, Marcil is now getting more specific, claiming the couple “threw out” Kassius’ room.
Responding to a fan in the comments section of her Instagram post, Marcil wrote, “Kass no longer has a bedroom at their house starting 5 years ago. He hasn’t ever seen Megan again or met his youngest brother. He’s not allowed to know where they live anymore. Isn’t invited to see them on holidays. Not even Father’s Day. They threw out his entire room and gave away his cat without Kass knowing.”
She also claimed that her 16-year-old son only sees his dad when there’s a professional photographer present.
“He has seen his dad in passing in public places including seeing him in Mexico where his dad was doing a public appearance for money at that hotel,” she continued. “His dad had a professional photographer there from the hotel take a pic of them,” Marcil continued. “He has been completely cut out of his families [sic] lives. Seeing his dad in public sometimes with a photographer present is not being in their lives. In fact it’s even more confusing for him.”
Marcil responded to another comment reiterating the former couple’s custody agreement, explaining they have 50/50 custody but Green “has given up his 50 percent and only sees Kass in passing and only alone without his wife and kids.”
How Green treats Kass, Marcil explained, only hurts their son more.
“This is actually even more painful for him,” she wrote in another comment. “The pretending.”
Green’s rep didn’t immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.
