Sporting a collection of delicate gold chains, she covered her face with her phone and tied her blonde tresses into a messy ponytail.

In a candid interview, Ulrika said her upbringing in her native Sweden meant she had a ‘well-adjusted attitude’ to being naked and the human body.
She told The Sun: ‘I grew up with parents who were stark b****ck naked at every given opportunity, especially in the heat of the summer because, fundamentally, that is how us humans are supposed to be.
‘Our bodies should not be inhibited by clothing or trapped by beachwear.’

‘At 54, I’m double Kendall’s age. But I like Kendall’s style and, of course, she should be celebrating her 5ft 10in model body at the age of 26. I don’t suppose I entirely did at her age.’
Ulrika said she would like to ‘start a movement to free the body’ to liberate humans, including her neighbours and children who ‘scream in abject horror’ at seeing her walking around the house naked.

She also has confessed that her nudity isn’t reserved for Instagram snaps, admitting that she walked around her house naked to show her children that bodies did not always resemble those in porn.
She explained: ‘If we don’t start showing and sharing our bodies with our children, how will they ever understand just how unique they are? And that not everybody conforms to some textbook version of what they may have seen.

In October 2021 and again in April of this year, Ulrika flashed her breasts by mistake leading to a unintentional ‘nip slip’.
Her eldest daughter Bo had to step in after she caught the flash and ordered her to take the shot down.
Writing in her column in The Sun, Ulrika said: ‘I’ve accidentally had a ‘nip-slip’ in a pic – a genuine oversight and nothing provocative – and been given a stern telling off and had my pic removed by the social media giants.
‘In fact, it unwittingly happened again on Wednesday last week but this time it was my 21-year-old daughter who berated me and ordered me to remove it.
‘It was a careless mistake. No offence intended.’

Ulrika has also used a naked selfie in the past to ‘reclaim her body’ and take back control back in October 2020.
She shared a totally nude photo taken in a mirror, hour after former TV presenter John Leslie, 55, was found not guilty of sexually assaulting a woman at a Christmas party in 2008.
Ulrika wrote that she was ‘reclaiming her body’ but added: ‘reclaiming my mind is taking a bit more time,’ – she didn’t reference Leslie.
Ex Blue Peter presenter John was found not guilty by a jury over claims he grabbed a woman’s breasts at a Christmas party in central London on December 5, 2008.
Before the trial, Leslie had already been investigated an astonishing number of times over separate sexual assault allegations made to police since 2002, when he was falsely accused of raping Ulrika, who he dated for a few months.
Ulrika has never made any complaint to police.
In her 2002 autobiography, Honest, Ulrika revealed she had been date raped by an unnamed TV presenter aged 19, she said she had only met the man one time.
John claimed he asked Ulrika to publicly say he was not her attacker, but she allegedly said she wouldn’t.

Detailing her decision to post the snap in her column for The Sun on Thursday, she said: ‘It was neither pre-planned nor especially well thought out. And it seems to have touched a nerve because the response was considerable.’
Ulrika explained that she didn’t post a more ‘explicit’ or ‘outrageous’ naked snap for the sake her children, though she was quick to point out that she didn’t care if they were concerned about the photo.
Addressing her four children, she went on: ‘For the record, children, I honestly don’t care much for your embarrassment. My body, my rules’The intention behind the post was not to offend, outrage, challenge or disturb. It was a note to myself – a reminder that for all that my body has endured, I now need to reclaim it and do something I’ve never really done before: Own it.’
