Danity Kane was one of those girl groups of the early-aughts that was formed on TV during the boom of reality television. Diddy‘s MTV series, Making The Band, saw Danity Kane get chosen to become the next big thing and then at the end of the third season of their reality show, he fired two of the five Kanes. DK eventually broke up. But Danity Kane is back as a threesome with group members Dawn Richard, Aubrey O’Day, and Shannon Bex,and they’re touring. They’re also telling Cosmopolitan all about the dark behind the scenes secrets of the show and Diddy, and it’s as sexist as you can imagine.
The new DK told Cosmo about what it was like doing Making The Band, and what it was like working with Diddy. We all know that Aubrey and Diddy were as tight as Diddy is with self-awareness and humbleness (so, not at all). So it’s not a shock that things were tense, and Aubrey says that one of the reasons Diddy gave for dropping her from the group was that she was a big slut. I guess in the world of Diddy, Diddy’s the only one allowed to be a ho.
I’m sure that someone like Diddy with his extensive career, connections and money, is very offended by someone’s promiscuity. Because he himself is clearly a highly chaste individual.

Aubrey: Imagine had Diddy just encouraged us to be our greatest selves at that time. Look at after all of that, we’re back together and we just did an incredible show that featured all of us in our greatness. Imagine had he made us believe in it at that age, what we could be right now.
Yeah imagine. Aubrey’s career might not have forced her to go on the Celebrity Apprentice and then she wouldn’t have had to bone Donald Trump Jr. I mean, if Diddy should apologize to her for anything, it better be that, among many, many other things.
