Stacey Solomon pre-empts critics as she shares adorable pic of her sleeping boys

Stacey Solomon shared an adorable picture of her three sons sleeping next to each other – but pre-empted an attack from parenting critics.

The Loose Women star couldn't resist staging this super cute snap when she found sons Zachary, 11, and Leighton, seven, in bed.

Stacey, 29, admitted she placed baby son Rex, who she recently welcomed with boyfriend Joe Swash , in beside then and spent 10 minutes smoothing out the bedsheets and introducing props to get the perfect picture.

But before anyone had the chance to criticise her, Stacey made it very clear she wasn't going to leave her newborn sleeping in the bed with his big brothers.

Sharing the sweet picture on Instagram , she said: "I love them so much

"Before anyone says anything, of course I’m not going to leave him there I just put him there for the picture because it was too cute to miss! The thought of them all playing, building dens and sleeping together is making me so excited

"Not wishing this time away at all I just love daydreaming about it

"P.S I spent a good ten minutes straightening out my bedding and planted the teddy there too haha"

Stacey's fans loved the picture, but were saddened that she felt she had to explain it to stop herself getting abuse.

One said: "Gorgeous picture. Your boys are lovely. (Isn't it awful that you have to explain your pic just incase some smart arse makes a comment regarding your parenting)"

Another commented: "Don’t have to explain yourself to anyone!!! but oh my there are some judgemental mothers out there"

One fan told her: "I love you!!! Please don't justify yourself to the haters!!! All your boys are gorgeous!!!"

While another said: "Lovely pic. You’re putting pics on here to share a part of you with your followers…& I totally understand why you’re explaining the set-up. It’s a shame that you have to prepare for any criticism"
