She’s three months into life with a newborn, but Stacey Solomon has admitted she’s exhausted from the sleepless nights.
The star, who has been busy sharing updates on social media as she adjusts to life with her son Rex, posted a sweet selfie with her youngest on Wednesday, before candidly confessing the realities of nights with a baby.
Turning to her followers for advice, Stacey wrote: ‘Staring at him thinking “my goodness you’re adorable!” Simultaneously thinking ‘when do babies go through the night again?’

Continuing, the Loose Women star, 28, asked her fans for tips, writing: ‘I can’t believe I’m going to ask this but… When did your babies go through the night? And what is the secret (don’t worry I know there isn’t one really but I’m curious to hear what other people tried)?’
‘I’m sure lots of people may feel that it’s not cool to be wishing the time away (I’m not at all) and that we should embrace and enjoy all of the night feeds because they don’t last forever!’
She added: ‘Well thank g-d they don’t last forever because three months in I feel I’ve enjoyed them as much as I possibly can…’

‘I’m excited and ready for the sleeping through milestone haha…,’ she wrote, before questioning her memory of nights with her older boys Zachary, 11, and Leighton, 7.
‘I’ve got a horrible feeling Leighton was over a year old before he went through the night but I’m hoping my memory is wrong,’ she ended the post.
Stacey shared a more positive update on Sunday, sharing a photo of her and adorable Rex both grinning, as she told fans that she was finally able to capture a photo of the two of them smiling together for the first time.

Taking to Instagram Stacey wrote: ‘Sunday smiles. I FINALLY got a picture of us both smiling – well my sister got it! Thank u Jem Jem. It’s going straight on the wall! Happy Sunday everyone.’
Fans immediately rushed to the social media platform to offer their compliments, with some suggesting Rex bore an uncanny resemblance to his dad Joe Swash, 37.

A caption alongside the picture read: ‘I know for a fact he wouldn’t settle half as quickly on me if he didn’t have some stretch marks to strum like a guitar every night when he settles for his night sleep.
‘He plays those silver strings until he’s snoring! It brings me so much joy. There’s so many positives to what the world wants us to see as negatives.’
Rex is the first child of Stacey and her partner Joe, who also has a son Harry, 12, with his ex fiancé Emma Sophocleous.
The mum-of-three also shares sons Zachary, 11, with her teen sweetheart Dean Cox, and Leighton, seven, with her former fiancé Aaron Barnham.
