Troubled Sheridan Smith put the £1.5million six-bedroom barn conversion that she shared with ex-fiancé Jamie Horn on the market just before her horror car crash, MailOnline can reveal.
Sheridan’s luxury Essex home went up for sale on November 24 – three days before she smashed her £100,000 Range Rover in a high-speed accident, where the star ‘cheated death’ by narrowly avoiding a fatal injury.
Now, the TV and stage actress, 40, is looking to relocate with her 18-month-old Billy, the son she shares with former partner Jamie, less than a year after purchasing the property in December 2020.

On Saturday night, the mother-of-one crashed her car into a tree after swerving off the road in bad weather caused by Storm Arwen.
The smash occurred 600 yards from her home in Essex, which Sheridan has owned for less than a year.
She now hopes to make a potential gain of £250,000 on the property that boasts six-bedrooms and is surrounded by idyllic countryside.
Sheridan’s property went on the market the same week she made ‘male chauvinist accusations after a backstage bust-up on The Jonathan Ross Show.’

The near-fatal crash took place 90-minutes before the ITV show aired on Saturday, after the star was ‘upset and furious’ following her treatment during filming.
A source revealed: ‘Sheridan was absolutely furious when filming on Jonathan Ross had ended.
‘She claimed the atmosphere was chauvinistic, there was an air of misogyny and she had not been treated with kindness.’

The BAFTA-winning star split from former insurance broker Jamie in July following a three-year romance.
They welcomed their first child in May 2020 and later confirmed in a statement: ‘We both remain completely committed to raising our beautiful boy Billy together.’
The pair appeared in a one-off ITV documentary in 2020 called Sheridan Smith: Becoming Mum, which followed her pregnancy.
Sheridan has since moved on from Jamie with actor Alex Lawler, 40, who she first dated 20 years ago.
The performer, who will be a judge in ITV’s new Stars In Their Eyes-style show Starstruck, reflected on a rollercoaster year in a post shared online after decorating her house for Christmas in November.
On November 20, she said: ‘This year has been a whirlwind to say the least.
‘There’s been a lot of ups and downs but thankfully I’ve got some great people and family around me, supporting me 100 per cent.
‘What better way to celebrate this festive time with Billy than have fun decorations around the house to bring on the Christmas cheer.’
