Seann Walsh’s girlfriend Rebecca Humphries has received an outpouring of support from a host of celebrities after dumping the comedian over his kiss with Katya Jones.
Myleene Klass, Carol Vorderman and Hollywood actor Sam Claflin were among the long list of famous faces who took to Twitter to applaud the actress on Monday, after she released a defiant statement announcing her decision to end their romance.
The redhead became the latest victim of the so-called ‘Strictly curse’ last week, when Seann, 32, was photographed kissing his Strictly Come Dancing partner Katya, 29, on a London street on October 3 — which happened to be Rebecca’s birthday.

In her statement, Rebecca revealed the images of Seann kissing Katya were taken on her birthday on October 3, as she sat at home alone.
She also revealed she has had suspicions about her boyfriend cheating for at least three weeks, but claimed when she brought it up her called her a ‘psycho’ and accused her of being ‘nuts’.
Now, the actress, who says she is yet to receive a first-hand apology, said she has left him and taken the cat and is ‘not sorry’ for doing so.
She accused the star – her partner for more than five years — of ‘inappropriate and hurtful’ behaviour, and claimed despite speaking to the media, he had not apologised to her personally and neither had his dance partner Katya.

Posting on Monday evening, when it was revealed that Strictly bosses have re-choreographed the pair’s dance for this Saturday’s show to make it less sexy, Rebecca said she was not sure about whether to publicly respond — but felt she had to ‘clear up’ the narrative.
She went on to reveal Seann and Katya have not attempted to pick up the pieces – but that her family, friends and strangers had been there for her.
In a heartbreaking statement, she also revealed she was waiting for Seann at home on her birthday – while he was kissing his Strictly co-star.
In response to her questions over why he was not joining her — the comedian allegedly returned a flurry of insults.

While much vitriol has been aimed at Katya in the midst of the scandal, her husband Neil’s sister Terri Jones shared words of support for the dancer, as she tweeted: ‘We all love you and that’s all that matters xxx.’
However, Rebecca appeared to suggest that her relationship with Seann was decidedly tumultuous, as she liked a tweet from a fan, who described what she believed to be a tense exchange between the erstwhile couple during a visit to Florida’s Disney World several years ago.
The fan wrote to Rebecca: ‘If it was you with him in Epcot WDW in Sep ’14, I saw him yelling at the girl he was with and it was genuinely upsetting to see. I’m happy for you that you’re free from it. No one should be trapped in a relationship like that.’
Strictly bosses have reportedly re-choreographed the dance that Seann and Katya were set to perform on Saturday night’s show to make it less sexy.
The pair were previously set to perform a rumba, salsa, or Argentine tango – three of the most passionate dances in the Strictly catalogue.
But they will now perform something where Seann looks sombre and Katya is wearing something that isn’t revealing.
The pair were reportedly at the Duke Of York pub in Marylebone in Central London at around midnight on Wednesday.
An onlooker who witnessed Seann and Katya’s kiss, told the Sun they were ‘snogging like a pair of teenagers’ and ‘didn’t seem to care who might see them’.

The comedian appeared with baggy eyes outside his home just before 11am after his actress girlfriend Rebecca Humphries hinted she had ‘binned’ him following his betrayal.
Comedian Seann refused to comment to waiting journalists as he wandered up and down the street before getting into a waiting black Mercedes.
Seann released a public statement on Sunday night calling the kiss a ‘one-off drunken mistake’.

Who is Seann Walsh’s ex-girlfriend Rebecca Humphries?
Actress Rebecca Humphries has been dating Seann Walsh for around five years. The pair live together in London.
Before her stage career Miss Humphries trained at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art.
Rebecca is best known for appearing as Molly in National Theatre Live: The Kitchen (2011).
She has also appeared on ITV’s Cockroaches, BBC’s Hold the Sunset and Come Fly With Me.
The actress starred in Wild Honey and at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
She also wrote Prom Kween, a show based on the first ever non binary teenager to win the coveted US high school title.
Miss Humphries recently took a diversion from the stage to take up a role writing for Vogue.
She started a sixth month role at Condè Nast Traveller magazine in August.
Seann was pictured scratching his head as he appeared outside his flat in West London wearing a black jacket, black and white striped T-shirt, dark jeans and white Nike trainers, last week.
Meanwhile married Katya was stony-faced after leaving the home she shares with husband Neil ahead of another day of rehearsals with Seann.
The Russian dancer wore a casual grey top and jogging bottoms while making her way towards a waiting car.
The pair will perform on Strictly next Saturday and a source told MailOnline on Monday: ‘Seann was pictured going to dance training for next Saturday’s show earlier today.
‘No one is pulling out of the show. It is business as usual for all of the Strictly parties involved. The dance couple Seann and Katya have already apologised publicly.
‘They will be carrying on as normal this week, where the only time they’ll be adding to that will be on the BBC’s Strictly show It Takes Two. And that will take place later this week on a date yet to be confirmed.
‘But that will be it in terms of anyone on the show speaking out. There are no meetings with bosses scheduled in light of what’s happened over the weekend.
‘All the bosses were around and discussed everything in full when the story first broke on Saturday night.’
The source could offer no further comment on anyone’s personal views or on how the story of the couple caught kissing in public had impacted on either Katya’s marriage to fellow Strictly dancer Neil Jones or on comic Seann’s long-term relationship with his actress partner Rebecca Humphries.
They added: ‘I can’t say anything else about how anyone has been personally effected by all of this. I couldn’t possibly comment.’
The heartbreaking images came just days after Rebecca praised her boyfriend on Instagram, sharing an image of him and Katya.

Katya has been married to fellow Strictly dancer Neil Jones since 2013, and it is not known how he has reacted to his wife’s drunken kiss.
Critics have called for the pair to pull out of the show and there are doubts whether Strictly fans will vote for the couple to remain in the competition next Saturday.
But a Strictly source said last night: ‘It’s very much business as usual’, which could cause even more upset for Seann’s girlfriend and Katya’s husband.

Katya also tweeted about the incident and said: ‘I’m so sorry about any offence or hurt I may have caused with my actions. I wasn’t thinking and it was a one-off mistake after some drinks. I love my husband and we are very happy together, this is not a reflection on our relationship’.
Rebecca’s Twitter account has been inundated with messages of support – and she has liked around a dozen including one saying her boyfriend had ‘made a fool of her’.
Susanna Reid appeared to defend the kiss between Strictly Come Dancing couple and said: ‘We’ve all had a few drinks and had a kiss’.

Her co-star Richard Arnold said: ‘I think it’s possibly the fact they had partners waiting in the wings, that’s the real issue.’
Fans were quick to comment on the statement, angrily demanding that Seann should quit the show due to his and Katya’s actions.
The pair have pulled out of a scheduled TV appearance on Lorraine this Thursday.
