Schaeffer is blaming the tragedy on the production’s shortcomings when it comes to safety on the set.

Alec Baldwin, who fired the gun on set during a rehearsal, is not named in the lawsuit, which blames Gutierrez-Reed and Halls.

Zachry was also named as part of the suit because she should have known that the gun contained live ammo.
