Roseanne Barr’s health is just fine and she has the photo to prove it.
Shortly after a rumor that she’d suffered a heart attack went viral, the disgraced comedian took to Twitter to set the record straight.
Posting a picture of herself wearing a trompe l’oeil T-shirt with the torso of a female pirate in a corset printed on it, she wrote, “I’m fine.”
Barr, 66, followed that up soon after with another tweet, writing, “I was the victim of a prank. I’ve had no medical issues. I’m spending time at home with my family and relaxing.”
The tweets were her first since Halloween. Her Twitter usage has slowed since ABC canceled “Roseanne” after she tweeted out a racist comment about Valerie Jarrett, a former senior adviser to President Barack Obama.
The show has since been rebooted as “The Conners,” something that doesn’t seem to be sitting well with its former star.
