‘RHOD’ star D’Andra Simmons needs tequila to talk to Brandi Redmond

D’Andra Simmons and Brandi Redmond’s road to forgiveness started with shots of tequila.

In an exclusive “Real Housewives of Dallas” clip obtained by Page Six, Simmons told Redmond that she needed a drink before their conversation at her anniversary party, which Redmond crashed.

Redmond appeared at the party, unannounced, much to the delight of some of their co-stars, including Stephanie Hollman.

“I really want to talk to D’Andra. Is she around?” Redmond asked Cary Deuber, who led the way to the confrontation.

“Hey, guess who’s here?” Deuber introduced Redmond as an unfazed Leanne Locken looked on.

“How are you? Happy anniversary!” Redmond said, smiling, as she went in for a hug. “Can we talk for just a second?”

“As long as I can have a tequila shot!” Simmons said with an awkward laugh.

Redmond proceeded to explain in her confessional, “My biggest issue with D’Andra is that she’s going around town talking s–t about me, saying that I’m a drug addict. But I’m taking the high road because there’s some things in my life that are happening that are important to me and I know that her anniversary celebration is important to her so I’m here to support her and celebrate her even if you are being a bitch!”

Simmons, 49, previously told Page Six that she and Redmond, 40, had resolved their issues over Simmons’ claim that women in Dallas abuse Adderall. Redmond got upset at the time because she was in the process of adopting son Bruin with her husband, and thought Simmons should have spoken to her privately if she was concerned.

In the clip, Deuber is then seen appearing with two tequila shots for Simmons.

“I can take bags and serve drinks,” she told them as she made off for their confrontation.

The duo clinked their drinks in a toast before their conversation started up.

“I’m really confused,” Simmons admitted in her confessional as a flashback clip to earlier in the day played out. In the clip, she revealed that Redmond said she wasn’t going to attend the party.

“Why are you here?” she asked in her confessional.

“I don’t want to come across as somebody that like holds on to grudges and I want to celebrate you and whatever issues that we might have or that we might need to discuss, we can put it aside,” Redmond told Simmons.

“I don’t even know what the issue is between us,” Simmons concluded in her confessional.

The rest of their confrontation will air Wednesday night at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
