Erika Giradi was interrogated during Christmas dinner about her husband’s legal scandal on Wednesday’s episode of The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills.
The 50-year-old reality star during the episode titled Season’s Grillings was questioned about her involvement after a bombshell news article detailed alleged financial malfeasance by her estranged lawyer husband Thomas ‘Tom’ Girardi, 82.

She noted that her sister had a kidney transplant that went wrong and had a lawyer who made her wait for her award money.
‘So, if what Tom did is absolutely true, then f*** Tom,’ Garcelle said bluntly.
‘Because I know personally what it feels like for someone who is waiting for their compensation for something they went through,’ she added.
‘What’s being alleged in that lawsuit is terrible, and he will have to pay a price for that,’ Erika told her friends.

‘If in fact, that’s what happened. I think what has happened to Tom here is that he’s not mentally capable and he was in sole control of his firm. And I think that it got away from him. I think that we’re dealing with a man who is …diminished capacity, in control, and not doing the right thing. ‘Cause if he stole the money, I’d like to know where it is. You know, that’s the truth,’ she added.
Erika was then told by her pals that they supported her, but Garcelle was irked by the competition to rally behind her and put the spotlight back where she believed it belonged.
‘Some support you more than others, apparently because they’ve known you longer. But the victims are the most important thing, you’ll always be okay,’ Garcelle said.

Erika agreed that the victims needed to be taken care of first.
‘Yeah, 100 percent. I’m not worried about me. I’m last in all of this, and those people are owed their money. But, um, we need to see what this man did,’ Erika said.
Erika, who performs as Erika Jayne when singing, remained remarkably stoic throughout the awkward dinner that included questioning by Dorit Kemsley, 45, and Sutton Stracke, 49.

‘I don’t know if I’ve been strong. I’ve just been trying to put one foot in front of the other. I’m not going to do myself any favors if I wind myself up into a hysterical place. I just need to be calm and work through all of this,’ she said.
Kyle told Erika during the dinner that she felt bad that there ‘was like questions and stuff’.

Sutton before the Christmas dinner called a meeting with everyone except Erika to discuss the scandal and how they should react to it.
Dorit, Sutton and Kyle were adamant during the meeting that Erika needed to provide more information and vowed to learn first-hand if she had any involvement.
‘I need to flat-out ask her, “Did you know that the money that was going to you was meant for these victims?”,’ Kyle said.

Kyle admitted in a confessional that she felt bad knowing Erika was going to be asked a lot of questions at the holiday dinner, but also stated they deserved to know the truth.
‘I feel like I am the Grinch that is about to steal Erika’s Christmas,’ she added.
Sutton during the meeting revealed that she spoke to an attorney about it and admitted that she did not want to associate with Erika if it would harm her reputation.

Lisa Rinna, 58, was critical of Sutton worrying about her own reputation instead of their friend.
Kyle also admitted that she had a lawyer friend explain the Los Angeles Times article to her and Dorit said she also reached out for advice.
Sutton said she didn’t believe Erika and pointed out that she lied about the severity of Tom’s car accident three years ago.

During the dinner, Sutton stuck to her guns and asked Erika if she had advance information about articles and also about the timeline of events.
Erika said she wasn’t answering anyone’s questions and Dorit said no one was looking to pry into her business.

Erika left the holiday dinner early and was given a Christmas present by Sutton.
