Real Housewives Of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice has cemented her relationship with new boyfriend Luis Ruelas by funneling $3.35 million into a lavish property on America’s east coast.
The TV personality, 48, started dating father-of-two Luis, 46, shortly after finalizing her divorce from husband of 21-years Joe Giudice in September 2020.
They have since collaborated on new business venture by purchasing the sprawling seven bedroom home in upmarket Montville, New Jersey, TMZ reports.

It’s understood that Luis, who is believed to invest in real estate, provided capital for the purchase, with Teresa acting as property manager for any potential lease. Both are said to be listed as its owners.
Encompassing 7,728 square feet, the home boasts a six car garage, a personal gym, movie theatre and library across six sprawling acres of land.
The home cinema even has its own foyer, where visitors can stock up on popcorn, sweets and other refreshments before settling down to watch a movie.
Wrought iron gates and stone walls ensure its occupants are safeguarded from the general public, with the main house set back a hundred feet or more from the nearest road.

Glittering chandeliers hang from ceilings wrought with traditional wooden beams, while the floors on each landing have been artfully tiled to a high specification.

Teresa’s boyfriend Luis co-founded the company Digital Media Solutions, which helps advertisers track the performance of their online ads.
The father of two lives nearby Teresa in New Jersey, so distance has never been an issue for the couple, who confirmed their relationship in December.
In 2014, Teresa and her ex-husband Joe pleaded guilty to multiple counts of bank, mail, wire and bankruptcy fraud.

She was sentenced to 15 months in prison, while Joe received a 41-month sentence due to extra charges for not paying taxes for multiple years.
After his discharge, Joe was transferred to an ICE facility, as he was born in Italy and had never become an American citizen.
He moved to Italy in 2019 in order to evade ICE custody, but his appeals on his deportation case were denied in April 2020.

The couple’s $170,000 former home, also in Montville, sold for just $100 at a foreclosure auction in 2016, two years after their arrest.
Teresa and her husband Joe had already lost their Manahawkin vacation home and nearly lost their Township mansion after pleading guilty to making a fraudulent bankruptcy claim in 2009.
The Giudices had been trying to find a buyer for their modest three-bedroom ‘investment property’ in Lincoln Park since 2014, NJ.com reported at the time.

Shortly before their sentencing in 2014, the couple listed the house, described as ‘charming’ and ‘not in a flood zone,’ for $179,900. But there were no takers.
When the property, bought for $170,000 in 2005, recently went to foreclosure auction it failed to attract a single bid.
Eventually the lenders bought it back for just $100. The Giudices still owed $225,742 on the home.
