A source told The Sun: ‘Ranvir and Louis have been dating for a few months and are totally in love, she has met his family and went to his aunt’s wedding with him last week. And it’s obvious Louis has taken a real shine to Tushaan.

‘They’ve kept their romance out of the spotlight but when Ranvir was invited to go to the music event at O2 she wanted to go with Louis and her son.

A source said: ‘Ranvir and Louis have been dating for a few months and are totally in love, she has met his family and went to his aunt’s wedding with him last week. And it’s obvious Louis has taken a real shine to Tushaan’

The insider went on to say how Louis ‘looked really proud’ as Ranvir posed for photographs with fans and ‘seemed like a really happy family unit’.

As well as Strictly, Louis has worked as a runner for Soccer Aid and First Dates Hotel.

MailOnline has contacted Ranvir’s representatives for comment.

Their romance might comes as a surprise to many, given her sizzling chemistry with Giovanni, 31, on last year’s show.

The television personality, who confirmed her split from husband Ranjeet Singh Dehal just before her stint on the 2020 series, previously spoke about how there will be a bond between her and Gio for life.

‘I think it’s because he had to find out a lot about me that went beyond just learning a routine and vice versa really,’ she said.

Yet two months after the show, Giovanni addressed romance rumours saying ‘there’s absolutely no way’ he’d date Ranvir.

Shutting down speculation they’re dating once and for all, the choreographer said: ‘No, no, no no no. I’m single, absolutely there’s no way [he would date Ranvir]. We are very very good friends.

Speaking out: Two months after the show, Giovanni addressed romance rumours saying ‘there’s absolutely no way’ he’d date Ranvir (pictured on Strictly)

‘Every time you get close in a rhumba or Argentine tango with your partner they try to make out a story. So if they think that there is a romance, it means we are doing it absolutely right.’

Last year, Ranvir spoke about the breakdown of her marriage. The former couple tied the knot in 2012 and were married for eight years. She told Woman And Home magazine: ‘It’s hard work being a working single parent.

‘I struggle with an enormous amount of guilt with my son and not being there when he goes to school. We’re very attached to one another because it’s just me and him.

‘I do get quite tearful sometimes and I worry he’s going to hate me when he grows up because I was never there.’

Ranvir said her reason behind not elaborating on the details of her split were down to the need to protect their son.

But she admitted it’s important to her that her only child hears the truth from her, rather than from gossip and said she’s open to talking more about the split in the future.

Ranvir has always kept her former relationship private and her ex does not appear on her social media account at all. It is understood they split years ago but rumours had swirled about their separation earlier this year.
