It’s official, Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra are married! The couple tied the knot in Jodhpur, India, on Dec. 1 in a Christian ceremony at the Taj Umaid Bhawan Palace, surrounded by family and friends. Following the epic celebrations that ended in fireworks, both Nick and Priyanka gave a peek into their special day and shared a message of love and respect with their fans.
“One of the most special things that our relationship has given us is a merging of families who love and respect each other’s faiths and cultures,” they shared. “And so planning our wedding with an amalgamation of both was so so amazing.”
The couple kicked off their wedding weekend with a Mehendi ceremony, where Priyanka shined in a colorful Khosla Jani outfit. Of course, Nick and Priyanka gave the events a twist of their own, just like with their engagement party.
“Once again we made it our own and it was an afternoon that kicked off the celebrations in the way we both dreamed,” they wrote.
Nick and Priyanka first sparked dating rumors in May, and the “Close” singer proposed two months later. He reportedly closed down a Tiffany & Co store just to find his now-wife the perfect ring. Aw!
