Pregnant Sheridan Smith looks radiant as she shares a glamorous selfie after admitting she’s ‘scared’ about giving birth to her ‘big’ baby boy

She recently admitted that she’s ‘scared’ about giving birth to her baby boy as he’s already measuring ‘big’ ahead of his birth in May.

Yet pregnant Sheridan Smith appeared care-free on Saturday as she shared a glamorous selfie to Instagram.

The Cilla star, 38, who is expecting her first child with fiancé Jamie Horn, looked radiant as she beamed to the camera.

In the snap, Sheridan styled her platinum blonde locks into a halfback hairdo, she added a slick of glamorous make-up which included fluttering eyelashes and a bold red lipstick.

It comes after the award-winning star admitted that she is ‘scared’ about giving birth to her baby boy as he’s already measuring ‘big’. 

Speaking to new! magazine recently, Sheridan shared details about her pregnancy ahead of giving birth in May.

Asked if she was ‘scared’, the star admitted: ‘Oh yeah. I think anyone who says they aren’t is lying.

‘I’m due in May. I had a scan today and he’s big!’

Sheridan went on to praise fiancé Jamie and revealed that he has been taking good care of her.

She sweetly gushed to the magazine: ‘I feel quite lucky. Maybe I’m just used to it? Honestly, Jamie’s been looking after me. He’s the best. He does everything and I’m just sat at home with the dogs just making a baby. I’ve got an easy life!’  

Sheridan often shares photos of her beloved pet dogs with fans on Instagram, her fur baby collection includes Boston Terriers, Great Danes, Chihuahuas, a pug and English Bulldog.

Only recently, the star hinted that she might name her unborn child after her late father Colin, who tragically passed away from cancer in 2016.

Sheridan told The Mirror they’ve debated naming their son after her late father Colin, who passed away in 2016.

She said: ‘I think all the names we’ve got so far have been pretty traditional. We thought about naming him after my dad, but my dad’s called Colin, which is a bit….

‘As much as we miss him and love him. Storm, River, Colin… you never know.’

Sweet: Sheridan gushed over Jamie during the interview and said: ‘He does everything and I’m just sat at home with the dogs just making a baby. I’ve got an easy life!’ (pictured with one of her pet pooches) 

Gushing about her fiancé Jamie, Sheridan added: ‘I’ve had a bit of morning sickness in the beginning, but I’ve been quite lucky. Honestly, he has been looking after me –  he’s the best.’  

It comes after Sheridan announced that she is planning to make a pregnancy documentary, ahead of welcoming a baby boy with fiancé Jamie later this year.

Sharing a selfie ahead of her latest scan she wrote: ‘Exciting news. I’m doing a documentary about what’s best for mum and baby when you’re pregnant.

‘Email me your worries, top tips and questions [email protected] And here’s a shameless selfie of me waiting for a scan.’

The star first sparked speculation that she was pregnant several months ago after she lamented her ‘morning sickness’ on social media.

She confirmed the news via Twitter and Instagram in October 2019, by posting a snap of a blanket which she captioned: ‘Baby Smith-Horn.’

Sheridan also took to Twitter to confirm the news that she was expecting, as she posted about awaiting her ‘most important role to date.’
