Pregnant Myleene Klass tries to self-induce labour with a spicy curry as she admits she’s desperate to get her ‘baby out’
She is set to welcome her third child, which will be her first with partner Simon Motson.
And Myleene Klass is desperate to give birth and has turned to an old wives tale of eating a spicy curry in hope of self-inducing labour to welcome her baby boy.
The radio presenter, 41, told fans she visited a restaurant offering hot Indian cuisine in a short clip she posted to her Instagram story on Saturday night.

She simply showed the menu that featured traditional curry dishes such as chicken tikka, lamb bhuna and daal and typed alongside the choices: ‘Hope it’s spicy! Baby out!’
Spicy food is often suggested to be eaten by expectant mothers who wish to induce labour once their due date has passed – however there is no scientific research backing the theory and it is thought to be a pregnancy myth.
The thoughts behind it working is that spicy food stimulates the gut which can lead to the womb also being stimulated which can begin labour.
Myleene recently admitted she’s feeling ‘ginormous’ as she approaches her due date and how lucky she feels to have met her partner Simon after they were introduced by mutual friends on a blind date.

She also discussed how excited her daughters from her previous marriage, Ava, 11, and Hero, eight, are to be big sisters, saying her girls will be like ‘mini mummies’ when her baby son arrives.
Speaking in an interview on Lorraine, Myleene said: ‘They are over the moon. They are planning everything already. They are going to be baby mini mummies. They have come up with names too… Snoop Dogg, Jason Derulo.’
The new baby will be a third child for both the presenter and her fashion PR partner, but their first together; Simon has two children, a son and a daughter, from his previous marriage, who are of a similar age to Myleene’s girls.

Discussing her relationship with Simon, Myleene said: ‘I think it’s interesting that all the plans you make aren’t necessarily the right plans for you.
‘Sometimes the universe jumps in and says “actually I’ve got a better idea”. I am so lucky.
‘I was set up on a blind date because I would never have thought we were going to be right together. He has two children so I’m a step mum.’
Myleene and Simon first went public with their relationship in May 2017 and announced they were expecting their first child together on Valentine’s Day (February 14).
