Pregnant BFFs Lydia Bright and Lucy Mecklenburgh pack their hospital bags together just days ahead of welcoming their first babies
They discovered they were both pregnant on the exact same day.
And best friends Lydia Bright and Lucy Mecklenburgh decided to pack their hospital bags together on Thursday afternoon ahead of their births in February.
The former TOWIE stars, aged 29 and 28, took to their Instagram stories to document the occasion as they modelled adult nappies.

Lydia, who is expecting her first child with ex Lee Cronin, shared a video of herself online shopping surrounded by boxes.
She said: ‘Mine and Lucy’s afternoon is consisting of getting our hospital beds ready, I’ve added to the basket maternity pads and Lucy has already ordered these for us, come on…’
To which a giggling Lucy came into the video while wearing an adult nappy over her black leggings and grey knitted dress as she playfully danced to the camera.

It comes after Lydia enjoyed a lavish baby shower and 29th birthday celebrations at The Celtic Manor in South Wales over the weekend.

Lydia revealed she was expecting with her ex Lee Cronin back in August, and her due date is the same week as her best friend Lucy Mecklenburgh.

‘Because I fell pregnant very quickly, I gave Lucy a call, and she guessed that I was pregnant. So she ran out and got a pregnancy test and called me 6 hours later and said she was pregnant as well. I mean, it’s crazy. You couldn’t write it.’
Former TOWIE star Lydia split from the baby’s father, Lee – but has previously said he still goes to every scan with her. The couple had been together for two years before calling time on the relationship.
During a previous Instagram Q&A she was asked if Lee is an ‘active part’ of her unborn daughter’s life. She said: ‘Our baby was very much planned and we are both very excited for her arrival.’
