Good Morning Britain presenter Piers Morgan has named his price to appear on ITV's I'm a Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!
The controversial host was responding to the Daily Mirror's article calling for him to enter the jungle this year.
He tweeted: "Like I said, £5 million and I'll come and munch kangaroo testicles. Not a penny less."
Rebekah Vardy responded teasing him and predicting he wouldn't be able to handle it in the jungle.
The wife of footballer Jamie Vardy wrote: "stop it…. you wouldn’t last 5 minutes Morgan… I can’t imagine you eating Kangaroo balls or Sheep anus somehow".
Piers responded: "I'll do anything for £5 million."
But he might struggle with the stomach-churning meal challenges considering he retched and almost vomited when he attempted to eat a vegan sausage roll.
Ant and Dec, who present the show, have campaigned to get him into the jungle.
Dec told Piers' co host Susanna Reid that he kept "wriggling out of" joining the show.
He added “Piers has said he would do it for a certain amount of money, which I think we could meet".
Fans even suggested a crowdfunder to raise the money for Piers' fee, so they can see him squirm in the jungle.
"If you agree to donate the fee to charity I’ll set up a crowdfunding page right now" said one.
"Let's get crowdfunding" said another.
While a third suggested "I reckon 5 million people that Piers has upset would donate a pound each".
Perhaps this year could be the year Piers takes the plunge- and if he does, he could end up alongside fellow TV presenter Richard Madeley.
Richard has been rumoured to be joining the line up, as has Paul Hollywood's ex girlfriend Summer Monteys-Fullam.
Also rumoured is Speaker of the House of Commons John Bercow, Blue singer Duncan James, TOWIE's James Lock, EastEnders actress Jacqueline Jossa and Strictly winner Stacey Dooley.
Gemma Collins has also announced that she is desperate to go back in.
She entered the jungle in 2014, but quit because of her "yellow poo" and hunger.
But she thinks that if she went back in now she would be strong enough to stay.
She told Jonathon Ross: "If I was to go back now… I’ve got a lot more experience. I've got a tougher skin now and I think that’s where The GC came into play.
"If they asked me back, yes I'd go back."
