Peyton List has opened up about moving on from Disney Channel after wrapping filming on Bunk’D, which will end its’ run on the network later this year.
While promoting her new fashion line on Instagram, the 20-year-old actress was asked about her character, Emma Ross, leaving the series.
Although Emma isn’t actually going anywhere until the series does end, Peyton revealed that she’s personally just moving on to other projects.
“I’ve aged out of children’s shows,” she replied. “I love all of those people so much from the show. They are and always will be my family.”
Peyton added, “Everyone grows up and stars new projects. Grateful for everyone who has ground up with me and will continue to.”
Next up for Peyton is Light as a Feather, which will premiere on Hulu later this year.
