She took to Instagram to post a tribute to her partner as they enjoyed a day on the beach.
Flaunting her svelte physique, Nicole cosied up to the former rugby player and sported a white Sama Danesh Allure bikini as a rainbow appeared in the background.
She added a pair of contrasting black hot pants as the pair sat on pillows in front of the stunning view.

Thom then took to Instagram to pay tribute to his love for helping him celebrate his birthday.
The singer met boyfriend Thom in 2019 while filming of The X Factor: Celebrity, during which he competed in boyband Try Star alongside fellow former sportsmen Ben Foden and Levi Davis.
The couple are said to be looking towards the future and intend on purchasing a property together in London.
