Nick got $12 million out of Jessica in the divorce in 2006, as she had not had the presence of mind to get a prenuptial agreement ahead of their 2002 wedding.
He has gone on to marry Vanessa Minnillo, whom he was infamously pap-snapped getting intimate with in a hot tub in Mexico while they were dating.
