‘So, this week I sat down, connected with my body and had a little chat about the adventure we’ve been on and the changes we have gone through.

‘Looking back at my postpartum journey, everyday I am in awe of what my body has done and continues to do, to support me and my baby.

‘I admire how quickly it recovered from growing a human and evolved to support and cherish the needs of my darling Sienna.

‘Parts of my body may not quite sit how they used to before but, I am learning to love the changes, the marks and the scars, because they remind me of the amazing miracle that occurred.

Millie said she had ‘ups and down’ with her body relationship during pregnancy and found it ‘hard to love’ her new figure at first.

She continued: ‘It often felt like I was trying to love a stranger, I just didn’t recognise myself and it was a shock. I went from being pregnant and loving my pregnancy curves, to wanting to cover up and hide my body, hating how nothing fit me.

‘I want to be raw and honest as I think it’s important for women to share more about their postpartum journeys and know that it’s ok, to not always feel ok!’

Millie also discussed how she had managed to lose her pregnancy weight.

She said: ”It was important for me to do things slowly and safely so over the last year I have incorporated both regular exercise and a balanced diet into my routine.

‘I haven’t rushed myself or followed any drastic diets, everything has been done in moderation. The balance that works for me is a 70/30 ratio of healthy vs more indulgent treats…especially a cinnamon bun or a big bowl of pasta!

‘I workout 4-5 times a week, either running, Pilates, or strength based sessions with my PT motivating me over face time!

‘I’ve learnt not to punish myself, not to compare my journey to others and by doing that I am now in a good place. I feel strong, I love my body & I am proud of what we have both achieved,’

It comes after Millie shared an adorable video of her daughter Sienna, saying her first word, ‘mama’.

Millie  took to Instagram on Thursday and posted the heartwarming clip for her followers.

Sienna could be seen in the video crawling in the bathtub as Millie asked her: ‘Say hello, can you say hello mama?’

The tot then sounded out the word, with Millie writing alongside the post: ‘Sienna said her first word this morning!’

The reality star uploaded the same clip to her stories and wrote: ‘So so proud of you’.

Millie also posted an adorable snap of Hugo holding Sienna in the air which she captioned: ‘So grateful everyday for these family moments.’

The stars originally dated for six months in 2011, before Millie dumped Hugo when she found out he’d cheated with her best friend and co-star Rosie Fortescue.

Millie then met her future husband, rapper Professor Green, 37, real name Stephen Manderson, who she tied the knot with in September 2013.

The ex-couple were married for two-and-a-half years, before finalising their divorce in May 2016, the same week Millie and Hugo went public with their rekindled romance.

Following their split, Millie admitted in an interview at the time that she would always love Hugo, explaining: ‘I loved him – those feelings don’t disappear – but I just always have to remind myself why we’re not together.

‘I do think that, for the rest of my life, every time I see him, I’ll get that feeling in my stomach. I don’t think I could ever not get that butterfly feeling.’

Millie and Hugo tied the knot in June 2018 at Hugo’s uncle’s country estate Whithurst Park, in West Sussex, one year after he proposed during a holiday to the Greek island of Mykonos.

Millie gave birth to Sienna in May 2020, during the coronavirus pandemic and national lockdown – something which she said was ‘daunting’.
