Michael McDonald has announced a new residency at New York City’s Café Carlyle as part of his tour in support of his upcoming holiday album Season of Peace: The Christmas Collection. The residency at the supper club runs October 23 – 27 and October 30 – November 3. Tickets for the residency shows are on sale now.
Other confirmed dates include two nights at Los Angeles’ Hollywood Bowl with Kenny Loggins and Christopher Cross as well as performances at New York’s South Street Seaport, Washington, DC’s Filene Center at Wolf Trap with Peter Cetera, St. Louis’ Loufest, the Cityfolk Festival in Ottawa and more.
Season of Peace: The Christmas Collection will be released on BMG on October 12. The album features a new version of “Winter Wonderland” featuring special guest Jake Shimabukuro.
