Meryl Streep’s daughter Grace Gummer ties the knot with Mark Ronson! DJ pledges to ‘spend every one of these birthdays by your side til my last day’ as he announces news
Grace Gummer and Mark Ronson are married.
The couple announced the news on Instagram Saturday when the DJ, 46, shared a stunning black and white shot from their nuptials along with a message marking his own birthday.
‘To my truest love…out of nowhere, you made 45 hands down the greatest year of my life,’ he wrote.
‘And i’m sure it took me 45 years to become the man worthy of your love. I hope I spend every one of these birthdays by your side til my last day. And beyond. Forever and ever yours ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ (and yes, we got married).’

In the photo Grace beamed while donning a gauzy while gown with a plunging neckline.
She held hands tight with Ronson, who looked sharp in a pinstripe suit and wore a traditional yarmulke in respect of his Jewish upbringing.

Sources close to the couple said they cut down the once-large guest list to just friends and family out of safety concerns as the more-contagious Delta variant of the novel coronavirus spreads.
Grace, who appeared with Greta Gerwig in Frances Ha and had major roles on American Horror Story and Mr. Robot, is the daughter of legendary screen star Meryl Streep and sculptor Don Gummer.
She’s part of an acting dynasty that also includes her older sister Mamie Gummer, who played the title role on The CW’s series Emily Owens, M.D., along with a recurring role on The Good Wife and The Good Fight.
Her younger sister Louisa Jacobson is also an actress, though she’s more focused on the stage, and her oldest sibling Henry Wolfe is a musician and actor.

Ronson, an English-born DJ who rose to fame collaborating with Adele, Bruno Mars and the late Amy Winehouse, is the son of the jewelry designer Ann Dexter-Jones and music manager–turned–real estate developer Laurence Ronson, while Foreigner guitarist Mick Jones is his stepfather.
His well-known siblings include fellow DJ Samantha Ronson and designer Charlotte Ronson, and his step-sister Annabelle Dexter-Jones is an actress known for appearing on HBO’s Succession.
Speculation that Mark and Grace had gotten engaged began in late May, when she was seen with a large diamond ring on her finger in photos obtained by Page Six.
The Uptown Funk songwriter and producer confirmed the news in June during an appearance on the FADER Uncovered podcast.
‘I got engaged last weekend,’ he announced, before recalling his ‘corny’ first kiss with Grace.

The relationship comes after Mark split from girlfriend Genevieve Gaunt last year, while Grace became single after divorcing husband Tay Strathairn in April 2020, just 42 days after they got married.
A source told The Sun in March: ‘He is definitely dating Grace. Things have become romantic.
‘Lockdown restrictions have made things more difficult, especially when he has been back in the UK, but they are seeing how it goes and are getting along.’

Following his marriage, he was attached to the actress Genevieve Gaunt and SNL talent executive Rebecca Schwartz.

Mark previously spoke to Radio Times in October about how working in the studio ‘fills a void’ inside him, as he creates strong relationships with his musical collaborators, though he would easily trade that for a chance at a family.
‘I’ve never thought that [work] was a replacement for having a family of my own, but I definitely think it fills some of that void more than if I was going to an office.
‘I do have these warm relationships that maybe [satisfy] part of my soul that needs fulfilling. But believe me, I’d trade it in for kids.’
